If you've tracked your food before, chances are you've made a meal at home and struggled to enter all of the individuals ingredients in your tracking app. It's a pain to try to figure out how much of each ingredient you used and how many total servings the entire dish contains. In the fight to reduce the amount of processed foods you eat, it seems like tracking and making your own meals can be at odds.
Luckily, I was contacted by a man named Ken Leeser.
