Perfection is a perception and everybody’s perfect is going to be different. So instead of striving for perfectionist better to just do things and go for it.

Perfection is a standard to strive for its not a ceiling to hold you back. Understand and accept the difference.

Episode 10 - Connecting with People

In this episode, I discuss how we today end up getting stuck having superficial conversations with most people and how we can change that.

How people don’t even like having difficult conversations anymore whether it’s at home at work at school and how it is really tragic that we meet so many advancements in every single field at us but we’re kind of going backward in basic communication

Having a strong value system and a strong why is like knowing your car. Before you plan a road trip, if you know what car you have, what its mileage is, how strong the make, and what kind of tires you have, will allow you to decide whether you have all the right resources to make that road trip. You need to know what's your destination, how much fuel you need, and if you need to tune up the vehicle you have or change it altogether.

Just like an organization evaluates its alignment with its value every year.  you need to sit and see how much you align with these values have you moved away from them, have you crossed a line and if you have then why did that happen

How to dream big and go after it

Audacious goals most often don't start with the same level of audacity. They begin with passion and perseverance and over time they become this beast of a dream that you could have never imagined.

My theory of building the life that you want has stood on the foundation of Clarity, stubbornness/ Perseverance and a fierce level of discipline.

Because life is not always going to be a bed of roses. It’s not always going to be cherry blossoms there are going to be storms, and there are going to be hurricanes.

What is in our control is how we mentally prepare ourselves and how we equip ourselves with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to deal with everything that’s coming our way,

We all have insecurities, and sometimes those insecurities become really loud. Louder than our instinct to and help each other and when in crisis our body resorts to fight or flight out of self preservation

Your choice will decide the strength of your relationships.

The most effective way I have found to have difficult conversations whether at work or personal life is through a framework I share in this episode

If the other person values this it will strengthen your relationship and you will come out stronger and if not, let it go!
