All experiences are expansive. No matter the experience, it will always cause you to expand. However, in seeing the experience as bad or wrong, you are choosing to suffer through the experience. This is done so from a lower vibrational state of resistance and often the gift of the experience is missed. If you can choose a higher perspective, then you can flow through the experience with less resistance and fully receive the benefits contained within the experience. This will lead to greater joy and effectiveness.
