Today’s guest gets paid to celebrate, to party and to help her clients make the most incredible memories surrounding their milestone events. And she did this for Dear FoundHer Host, Lindsay Pinchuk and her family last weekend. 

"I’m very blessed that I have a job where I get to party for a living.Most people have 9 to 5s," says Arianna (Ari) Rozen, Founder of Vibe Entertainment, but the fact that I literally get to celebrate people’s special moments and they remember me for years and years and years is HUGE and part of why I do what I do."

At just 32 years old, Vibe Entertainment was founded in 2017 when Ari was just 26. She does all the front end (performance) and back end at my business (equipment, operations, sales, managing other vendors, contracts & paperwork) and she’s been the sole owner since 2019. 

In today's episode, Ari takes us through her journey on starting out, going out on her own and how her business looks different from 2017 until now. Not only does she have an amazing business, but through her work she serves as a role model to teens—showing them that they can be confident and successful being their own true selves.
