It's the season finale of The Pleasure Is Ours -- the This Is Important-hosted BONUS podcast all about blowing up stupid pieces of advice!

IN THIS EPISODE: If William Shatner -- cast as Star Trek's Captain Kirk at age 35 -- blasting off into orbit at 90 years old as the oldest man in space isn't proof that "slow and steady wins the race"... then what is?!

When it comes to physical fitness, self-described "jackhammer" Adam says that vigorous lifting is the best way to get in shape, while Blake argues that leisurely "marathon-ish" runs are more effective. But jackhammering your way into a potential partner's love life? That's a surefire way to destroy a relationship.

Slow and steady? Fast and chaotic? How much red meat does William Shatner eat?? All questions are answered in this season's final episode of The Pleasure Is Ours.

IN THIS EPISODE: Is failure the best teacher, or is it just a substitute mentor for success?

Sucking ass at skateboarding never made Adam a skateboarder, but the instant gratification of being great at baseball certainly got him on the team. Ya know...until he got hit by that cement truck...

But do the same rules apply in the bedroom?

While Blake says Halloween is the perfect catalyst to making pirate role-play a part of your everyday sex life, Adam "hypothetically" reminisces about that one time he tried his luck with a bowling pin...
