This week in honor of mental health month, we are re-releasing the highlights from our Science of Happiness episode with Dr. Catherine Sanderson. This episode is packed with the tools and hacks to create happiness - whether you are someone who is predisposed to be happy, or whether you’re someone that’s not. According to the research, half of our tendency toward happiness is genetically predisposed, but we have control over what we do with the other half.
Dr. Sanderson is the author of The Positive Shift: Mastering Mindset To Improve Happiness. She is the Chair of Psychology at Amherst College, she was named one of the best professors in America by the Princeton Review and has been featured in publications such as The Atlantic, The Washington Post, CBS, and NBC.
