To celebrate the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021, we are bringing you some of the best wisdom and advice we've heard on the podcast this year from our guests. They share wisdom on relationships, career, dealing with life's challenges, and they get vulnerable and share their personal journeys and how there is always a silver lining when looking back.
We loved listening to all of these clips and are feeling inspired and excited for 2021.

  • Ep 53: How To Set Boundaries + Your Relationship To Food With Maria Sosa
Episode 53 covers two very important topics: How to set boundaries (even if you haven't always been great at it) + reshaping your relationship with food. • Ep 52: Mind Wandering: How To Get Into Your Creative Headspace with Kat & Stefania
This episode is all about tapping into our imagination and creativity. We were finding that our imagination was becoming harder to access, and getting into the creative flow was a little more challenging. With everything happening in the world there's also a weird mix of everything being scheduled (all day zooms, every get-together pre-planned), and a lot of meandering space where everything and nothing is happening.
We are sharing the tools and tips we use to get into our imaginations and allow creative flow.

  • Ep 51: What Makes A Relationship Work? With Elizabeth Earnshaw, Relationship Therapist
This week, we're talking about relationships. We’re so excited to share this conversation with our guest - Elizabeth Earnshaw - she’s Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Founder of A Better Life Therapy - you may have come across her community on instagram @lizlistens. Liz is an expert in the Gottman method, a relationship therapy method that’s famous for being able to predict ((by the existence or absence of certain behaviors or factors)) which relationships have the greatest opportunity for success and longevity - which ones need some real work to succeed.
The Gottman Method was created by Doctors’ John and Julie Gottman through the study of a huge body of research on couples and behaviors in relationships. This conversation is for you whether you’re in a romantic relationship or not as the teachings and wisdom can be applied to all kinds of relationships.

  • Ep 49: The Human Design Archetypes For Creating Less Resistance In Life
This week we're talking about something very near and dear to our hearts: the science of Human Design. We've used human design in our lives and work for a while now - it helps us to understand how we can create more ease and less resistance in our lives so that things feel more effortless and less like an uphill climb. It also helps us identify where we have conditioning from societal programming that isn't really "us." On this episode, we explore the Human Design archetypes - for example, the "people pleasers" that have been conditioned to shrink in order to not make others feel small or because they want to be liked above all else - and many more. We share how we use Human Design to understand each other's working styles better, and how you can too.
Our biggest takeaway from the study of Human Design: life and work don't have to be that hard. When you're operating according to your true authentic self, you can create more flow. Think: what are the things you are putting a lot of energy into but not getting much back in return, versus those things you can do endlessly without getting tired?

  • Ep 48: The Subconscious Mind, Manifestation, & Limiting Beliefs With Anastasia Gerali
    Having is evidence of wanting.
"If you want to know what you unconsciously think about yourself or what you unconsciously believe you deserve, have a look at your life. Having is evidence of wanting."
A new episode is live and we're covering a topic that - once we learned how to navigate - changed our lives: the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind holds our deep-rooted belief system, our limiting beliefs, what we believe we are worthy of having. It's connected to our manifestations and what we're able to call into our lives in all areas - work, relationships, financial abundance.
We're talking to clinical hypnotherapist and expert on the subconscious Anastasia Gerali. We loved this conversation. If you're looking to uplevel your life and uncover what might be holding your back, this conversation is for you.

  • Ep 47: Overcoming Tough Moments At Work & How To Come Out Stronger
This week we're sharing how we've dealt with tough moments and disappointment at work - and how we overcame them. And with everything unfolding today in our country we hope that you can take from this conversation something useful to help you navigate work, life, and perhaps some of the uncomfortable conversations a little bit easier - or at least to know you're not alone.
Stefania shares how she used a difficult work experience to learn how to ask for a raise, and Kat shares how she came to terms with ego at work. We each share visceral, emotional experiences - what we felt and how we navigated them. And, we're exploring how ego, comparison, and fear come into play as we're faced with growth in work and life.
Plus, our personal astrologer Cassandra Joan Butler is back to give the look-ahead for the month of November based on your sign (plus what to expect Mercury retrograde ending, and the themes of the new and full moons of the month).
