We are continuing our series on attachment styles with this episode! We discuss how to identify if you have an avoidant attachment style, how that may manifest in your relationships and ultimately how to heal this insecure attachment style. Avoidant attachment can cause disconnection in relationships but if individuals with this style can lean into the discomfort they feel about needing other people, they can hopefully heal and be more connected to those they love.

Human trafficking is not a new problem but this massive issue that is affecting the lives of so many in the world is finally getting more attention. In this episode we talk with Rachel Curtis Vinck to gain some insight on what we need to know about human trafficking, what we can do to stay safe and manage our anxiety and how to help fight against trafficking.
