Are they REALLY a narcissist or are they simply emotionally immature?!

Sometimes it can be really hard to differentiate from both and see which one is which. it's so easy to label someone wrongfully and have it be "done"... "they are a narcissist and thats it"
        False.
Knowing these difference and being an adult child of emotionally immature parents, I have found great relief in knowing that I wasn't dealing with narcissism and was in fact in relationship with people who were emotionally immature... which incudes myself.
        Today we discuss:
        What is a narcissist?
What is an emotionally immature adult?
The biggest differences between a narcissist and someone who is emotionally immature?
        Nervous system capacity
        Brain development
        Secure attachment
Why is there so many emotionally immature adults??

        • 76. My First Pregnancy Liberated the Sh!t Out of Me

This may be a controversial conversation but I felt it to be important af to have it.

We hear pregnancy to be horrible or to be *insert story here* that is quite normalized and it's very confusing to be honest... what to believe, what to do, is this for real, etc.
As I am 36 weeks pregnant and about to enter the portal very soon of welcoming our first daughter, I wanted to share my pregnancy episode that we did on our other podcast JEDI FAM because I really think it'll support a lot of you.
My first pregnancy, straight up, liberated me in ways I never knew I needed and I got to meet myself deeper than before.
          Again... who knew. I didnt.
we talk about each trimester, what happened when we found out I was pregnant, did I even want to have kids at all - we do IN IT!
          Pregnancy is a co-creation.

          Conscious conception is energetically powerful.

          Fear and resistance to motherhood.
Pregnancy is NOT what I expected
Pregnancy can be liberating AF because it exposes subconscious truth.
          Trust your own pregnancy experience.
          Trust in the birthing process.
Pregnancy can amplify entitlement and resentment.
Understanding and respecting each other in partnership during pregnancy
What I ate throughout pregnancy to sustain energy

Working out during pregnancy and witnessing your body change

The Importance of the fourth trimester.
