I have talked about my amazing sex swing before. Movember is coming right up and I will be doing my yearly fundraiser combined with gym workout (that's the 'move' part) again this year. I hope you will join my efforts to raise money for Movember. They started off with an emphasis on prostate and testicular awareness, and expanded into men's health in general (men are not as good at taking care of their health because they are expected to just tough things out), and men's mental health (men are taught to compete, and follow a strict set of rules of masculinity, which leads to isolation and a lack of close friends = bad for mental health). They do amazing work!
