A couple of letters for you today! Masculine surrender and vulnerability and so-called 'virginity'.

I do believe that there is healing potential in anal penetration for all prostate owners, but especially for the intensely masculine receivers. Allowing a bit of feminine in to help find balance can be refreshing, wondrous and healing. Not having to be in control can be a relief, startling in contrast to the daily expectations of society.

And the stuff about 'virginity'. Whew. Perhaps it was an innocent question, but the word itself represents so much bad stuff, and not any good that I can see. Educate yourself. Carry the good forward and discard the bad. The concept of virginity isn't doing anyone any favors.

You'll hear this in the recording, but I will be leaving Instagram and Threads today, the 19th. There are a lot of reasons, most of which many of you will also be familiar with. I will not participate in a social media platform that simply doesn't care about hate speech and misinformation. Movember officially begins in November. I will indeed be participating once again with the same goal of $1000. I'm starting early (October 15th) because my goal this year is not a specific workout goal. Instead, it's a weight loss goal! This is why I am starting early. I plan to lose 15 pounds by the end of November and reverse the effects of the pandemic on my fitness. I'm strong from all my workouts but would love to be able to fit back into some of my clothes and move through the world more easily. Extra weight impacts me more intensely as I get older! And I need to stay fit so I can keep enthusiastically having my way with my partners...!

The magic of Pegging, in my opinion, is that it is a customizable sexual activity. Pegging can look many different ways depending on the desires and leanings of the people involved. One couple might enjoy a sensual, love-making experience while another might prefer a full-on BDSM scene with restraints, impact play, and humiliation.

A desire I see expressed often by receivers in pegging groups on Reddit, and in emails sent to me is for the giver to be more dominant.

So many books to read and ideas to investigate with this episode. This is what it's like when Michelle and I get together, and we thought we'd give you a slice of Ruby/Michelle conversation to hopefully delight and inform. It's been a long road from my first poor audio quality podcast in 2012 to number 300 today. Thanks for downloading. Thanks especially for listening. On this occasion, if there's one thing that I would urge you all to remember, it would be to let go of shame.

In some areas of my life I feel like I've just gotten started, but there's no time like the present to explore, grow, and learn. Basically, it's never too late. Live your lives with love and embrace your desires, because we are only here for a short time. I say this emphatically, as a woman who just turned 66!

In each and every moment, we all have the choice to either expand with love or contract with fear. Therefore, don't let fear rule your life. Choose love! When you do, you give everyone else around you a chance to do the same.
