In my sadness, I love myself.
It is okay to take time to grieve.
I choose love. I choose to heal.
I relax and let the all the feelings flow through each day.
I am patient with my healing process.
I feel my angels holding me today as I grieve.
I accept what I cannot change and find the courage to change the things I can.
Toving nurture myself as I heal.
Each day I am discovering new strengths within myself.
I allow myself rest when I need it.
I release my resistance to this situation.
1 allow myself to feel fully, to be here now.
The universe lifts me, supports me, guides me.
I am gentle with myself as I heal.
I graciously accept help when it is offered.
Today, I choose to heal.
I ALLOW MYSELF TO FEEL MY GRIEF AND
THEN LET GO.
I TAKE COMFORT IN THE MEMORIES OF MY LOVED ONE.
I GIVE MYSELF TIME
AND SPACE TO FEEL.
