Devin Elder, the sole owner of DJE Texas Management Group LLC, oversees the acquisition, repositioning, and disposition of diverse real estate projects in Central Texas. With a track record of over 200 successful renovations, ranging from $10k to $3M+, DJE has never incurred investor capital losses. As of February 2024, DJE Properties, the in-house property management firm, oversees a multifamily portfolio of 2,147 units in San Antonio. Before venturing into real estate, Devin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and enjoyed a successful corporate career at Rackspace and 3M.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Devin is the host of The DJE Podcast and co-founder of ApartmentEducators.com. He founded The DJE Foundation in 2020, supporting various charitable causes. As the Co-Founder of Accelerated Commercial Real Estate and a member of a private CEO advisory board, Mr. Elder maintains a robust network of professionals contributing to the ongoing success and growth of DJE.
