What can wonder bring to our lives and how do we create it?

In this episode entitled The Importance of Ritual and Creativity, Amisha meets Oxford-educated ritual designer and creative facilitator Tiu de Haan to dig into the world of wonder- what it is, where it comes from and how to make room for it in our lives.

Together Tiu and Amisha discuss life, death and serendipity. Tiu tells stories of taking quantum physicists into the forest to play, going out on daily missions to find wonder and spreading 'pronoia' by putting love notes in cereal packets - as well as the profound personal tragedy that led her into this work and how to access our light while facing darkness.
