Gail Becker – Founder & CEO – CAULIPOWER
Gail Becker’s story is amazing. Her career has spanned media, politics, and business. She’s held executive roles at Warner Bros., Edelman, and the US Department of Health and Human Services, but her life changed when she leaned into a very personal problem. Her two boys have celiac disease, which means they can't eat gluten, and Gail grew tired of searching for healthier alternatives that were easy to make and tasted great. Knowing she couldn't be alone, she left her corporate job and launched CAULIPOWER in 2017. Today CAULIPOWER is America's number one cauliflower crusted pizza, number one gluten-free pizza, and a top 10 frozen pizza brand in the total market. It's Gail’s personal story of creating something out of nothing that has brought me to this conversation today.

Adan Gonzalez – Executive Director – Puede Network
When Adan Gonzalez was a high school senior, he got a full ride to Georgetown University. When he arrived at the airport to go to school his bags were overweight. He could not pay the overweight fees on his luggage, so he had to put his belongings in trash bags. He arrived at Georgetown with trash bags in hand. He says it was that moment that inspired him to create the Puede Network.
Gonzalez, a first-generation college student himself, launched a luggage drive in 2012. His organization provides new luggage to students who are going to college and can't afford them. He has given away thousands of suitcases to students in Texas, and that's not all. In fact, it's just the beginning of his work.

Christopher Gray – Founder and CEO – Scholly
Christopher Gray earned more than $1.3 million in college scholarships as a high school senior. As the child of a single parent with few resources, Christopher realized that if he was going to go to college he was going to have to find a way to pay for all of it, including living expenses. His journey to win all of those scholarships led him to create Scholly, an organization that would help other young men and women do the same thing.
Scholly received the nation’s attention and adoration when it was featured on Shark Tank, landing a deal with Daymond John and Lori Greiner. The company was named in Inc. magazine's top college startups. Chris Gray was also named Ernst & Young's entrepreneur of the year. Most importantly to the Scholly team are the hundreds of thousands of students and families who have been able to use the platform to find more than $70 million in scholarship money to go to the colleges of their dreams. Christopher has just written a book called Go Where There Is No Path.
