Dan Luna was a Chief Petty Officer in the Navy SEAL community for 20 years with 15 years of combat deployments at the highest levels of Naval Special Warfare. Mentioned in the interview was a speech he gave at the Naval Academy Leadership Conference in 2017 and 2018 (not once was he asked but twice).
