When the batteries die but the toy still wants to go out late and try out its stand up, that's a sign. A sign you should tune in to hear our thoughts on the first episode of this new Chucky TV series. Whether you're an old horror fan or just curious about what scares kids in middle school, we dive into the pilot and have a fun discussion on the introduction of Chucky and his victims. "Take everything you know about teenage dramas and throw it in this script!" Is what one intern overheard an NBC executive scream into their phone when 'One of Us Is Lying' began production. Peacock might be late to the party when it comes to High School murder mysteries, but that doesn't mean they didn't try with this story. Distancing themselves from the source material, and casting a plethora of actors already famous for shows like Cobra Kai, Wayne, and Cruel Summer... This Gossip Girl/PLL/Elite rip off has some good moments, but overall doesn't seem worth the effort. Tune in to hear our full breakdown!

The US adaptation of the BBC acclaimed series, Ghosts, premiered on Thursday, Oct 7th on CBS. About a year ago, we reviewed an episode from across the pond and compared the series to Into the Shadows and Another Period. The premise was simple. It was a silly, charming comedy about a young couple who moves into a haunted mansion with goofy ghosts. Will the American version find an audience? How much of the original has been passed on to the successor?Tune in to hear our thoughts!

The kids are back after a two year time leap. They're older, angrier, and more disassembled than ever. Our review of Chapter Twenty-Nine reflects our conflicted thoughts on seeing the group deconstructed and the somber tone of this premiere. What does it foreshadow for this final season? Will Monsé be back in a starring role? Has Spooky retired? Tune in for our guesses.

After six years, becoming a farmer, and doing a load of activism, Jon Stewart has returned to television AND on Today's Episode we review the pilot of his new Apple show.
The format is distinctly different and more somber than The Daily Show or Last Week Tonight. The topic of 'War' concerns the burn pits, VA, and undercovered Veterans dealing with longterm symptoms from their time in active duty. Enjoy the weekend and Tune In!

Would you rather fall in a tar pit, or get stuck in quicksand, or have to watch this show? That's the question you must ask yourself when leaping into yet another adventure-mystery-Lost rip-off-drama presented by NBC. That said, it is a fun ride if you're willing to suspend reality and laugh at the writing. We dissect the pilot and give more of our thoughts in Today's Episode. Tune in!

Reliving moments and wondering what might have been is something every human does. In NBC's latest drama, Ordinary Joe, Joe Kimbreau's life is spread out in three different directions where he becomes either a detective, doctor, or musician. Despite the completely different careers, every version of Joe seems plagued by similar demons and surrounded by the same network of supporting side characters. Tune in to hear our thoughts on episode two, which focusses on the 20 year commemoration of 9/11.

Foundation debuted on September 24th. In Apple TV's latest attempt to gatecrash the streaming service industry they have adapted Isaac Asimov’s most famous book series (a feat that many thought impossible given its vast timeline and expansive story). Creators David S. Goyer, best known for writing the Dark Knight Trilogy, and Josh Friedman started developing the series in 2017, with an 8 season plan.  On Today's Episode we discuss the events of the first two episodes, bring up the reviews, and make our predictions . Hope you enjoy!

This polarizing comedy-drama series based on the 2014 film entered its fourth and final season Wednesday. Coming into the show blind, we discuss the events of the season four premiere and rate the episode on a lenient scale since we're missing context to some stories. For instance, what is the Order? Is this the first episode that shows the future? Why is Gabe still listening to the Proclaimers?

Hope you enjoy!

Season one of Sterlin Harjo and Taika Waititi's dramedy/coming-of-age/supernatural series with a primarily Native American cast and crew aired its finale on Monday, September 20th. It's about four teens living on the reservation in Oklahoma and a rival gang. The show has already been renewed for a second season, but on Today's Episode we talk about the events of the eight episodes, our thoughts, predictions and comparisons to other surreal television. Don't tune unless you're caught up!
