Good evening, East Los Angeles! I'm your weather host, bringing you the latest forecast that's more dramatic than a telenovela plot twist.
We've got a Flash Flood Watch in effect, so buckle up for a wet and wild weather ride! Tonight, expect rain sneaking in after 4 am, with temperatures dipping to a cool 49 degrees. The east northeast wind will be gently blowing around 5 miles per hour, just enough to rustle those leaves.
Wednesday is going to be a full-on rain party! Temperatures will hover near 55 degrees with an east southeast wind between 5 to 10 miles per hour. We're talking a 90 percent chance of precipitation - pack those umbrellas, folks!
Thursday is when things get really interesting. Rain will continue with temperatures climbing to 59 degrees. Winds will be dancing from south at 5 to 15 miles per hour, with gusts potentially reaching 20 miles per hour. We're expecting a serious rainfall between 1 and 2 inches - that's enough to make your garden very happy!
Friday will start wet but gradually clear up, giving us a partly sunny day with temperatures near 60 degrees. The weekend looks promising with mostly sunny skies and temperatures climbing to a delightful 65 degrees on Saturday and 69 degrees on Sunday.
For Washington's Birthday, expect some patchy morning fog followed by mostly sunny conditions and temperatures around 69 degrees.
