Good evening, East Los Angeles! I'm your friendly neighborhood meteorologist bringing you the latest weather scoop.

Tonight, we're looking at a mostly cloudy sky with temperatures dipping down to a cool 52 degrees. Winds will be taking a little break, staying nice and calm.

Friday's going to be a beautiful day with mostly sunny skies and temperatures climbing up to a pleasant 71 degrees. Expect a gentle southeast wind around 5 to 10 miles per hour, which will shift to the southwest in the afternoon.

Friday night gets a bit interesting with a slight chance of showers between 10 pm and 4 am. Temperatures will cool down to around 50 degrees with a very light southwest wind.

Saturday brings a 20 percent chance of rain before 10 am, but it'll turn partly sunny with a high near 65 degrees. Sunday looks a bit more dramatic with a 40 percent chance of rain and mostly cloudy conditions.

Next week starts with a chance of rain Monday morning, then transitions to mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will hover around the low to mid 60s.

Midweek gets precipitation-friendly with increasing rain chances, especially by Wednesday night and Thursday.
