Good morning, East Los Angeles! This is your weather update for the upcoming week, straight from the National Weather Service.
Let's dive right in. Tonight, we're looking at a mostly clear sky with temperatures dipping down to a cool 47 degrees. It'll be calm and peaceful out there.
Sunday is shaping up to be a beautiful day with wall-to-wall sunshine and temperatures climbing to a pleasant 73 degrees. Expect a gentle northeast wind that'll shift to a southwest breeze in the afternoon.
As we roll into Sunday night, get ready for some patchy fog after 10 pm. Clouds will start to roll in, and temperatures will settle around 48 degrees.
Monday brings more cloud action, but don't worry - it'll gradually clear up and become mostly sunny with a high near 70 degrees. There's a slight chance of rain Monday night, with precipitation amounts less than a tenth of an inch.
Tuesday is looking a bit more unsettled with a 40 percent chance of rain and mostly cloudy skies, with temperatures maxing out around 62 degrees.
The middle of the week gets wet. Wednesday afternoon is likely to see rain, and Thursday morning will continue the rainy trend. Temperatures will hover in the upper 50s to low 60s.
By Friday, we'll start to see some clearing with mostly sunny skies and a slight chance of rain. The weekend looks pretty good with mostly sunny conditions and temperatures climbing back up to a comfortable 64 degrees.
