Good evening, East Los Angeles! This is your friendly neighborhood weather reporter coming to you with the latest atmospheric adventures.

We've got a wet and wild week ahead, so grab those umbrellas and rain jackets! Tonight, we're looking at a 40 percent chance of rain with temperatures dipping down to a cool 49 degrees. The winds will be gently whispering from the east southeast at around 5 miles per hour.

Tuesday is going to be a soggy affair with rain likely throughout the day. Expect temperatures climbing to near 60 degrees with winds between 5 to 10 miles per hour. We're talking about a potential quarter to half an inch of rainfall - perfect for those plants that have been thirsting for some hydration!

Wednesday brings more moisture with a 50 percent chance of rain and temperatures reaching around 61 degrees. Winds will be playing musical chairs, starting light and variable before shifting to the south at 5 to 10 miles per hour, with gusts up to 20 miles per hour.

Hold onto your hats, weather watchers, because Wednesday night is going to be a real showstopper! We're looking at a near 100 percent chance of rain, possibly accompanied by a thunderstorm. Temperatures will hover around 49 degrees with southern winds gusting up to 15 miles per hour.

Thursday continues the wet theme with rain and potential thunderstorms in the morning, with highs near 56 degrees. Things start to dry out by Friday, with a slight chance of rain and temperatures climbing to 57 degrees.

The weekend looks more promising, with partly sunny skies and temperatures reaching a pleasant 63 degrees on Saturday and 64 degrees on Sunday.
