On George's fourth manniversary we reminisce about his transgender journey, from the earliest days of his first decision to transition, to the difficulty he had in accessing HRT, and the joy of finally getting the right amount of testosterone in his body. Continuing our fourth manniversary trans-in-review, once George finally got HRT started, his body began changing. Once the changes became noticable, it was time to start coming out as male. Coming out to our kids and family was no problem. Working for the government, however, and especially in a small town, meant that nothing could be easy and especially not coming out.
