Religions teach us that light was God’s first creation. Even if you don’t believe it, we all learnt that light stimulates life. To have life on the Earth it is necessary to be exposed continuously to the life-giving rays of the Sun.
If we aren’t exposed to Sun, soon the Earth would be transformed into solid block of ice, where life will cease to exist.
It is a Sun or better to say the solar energy which enables life to exist; grass to grow, stimulates herbs and vegetables to flourish, the fruits to ripen, so that man as well as animals may have food to live on.
Chromotherapy is a method of treatment that uses the visible spectrum (colors) of electromagnetic radiation to cure diseases. It is a centuries-old concept used successfully over the years to cure various diseases.
Solar ray’s spectrum consists at one end of deep infra-red radiations, and on the other ends of deep ultra-violet radiation.
Rainbow is a great example of solar spectrum. It is caused by the passing of white sunlight through mist or raindrops and broken up into the seven visible colors of the solar spectrum, which are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. The same solar spectrum can be obtained by passing a ray of white sunlight through the refracting surfaces of a glass prism, where it is split up into its components and can be seen as a beautiful band of seven colors if allowed to fall upon a white screen. White sunlight is a combination of seven visible colors as well as other kind of rays which are invisible to the human eye.
Each color of the spectrum has a wavelength of its own named the "Angstrom Unit".
Sunlight is the total sum of the visible spectrum, and every color vibration is only a part of solar energy...

Intro: In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) existence of facia and interstitium has been known for thousands of years. Chinese call it San Jiao (Chin. 三焦) and consider it an organ. In English is translated as “Triple Burner”.
In TCM, Triple Burner is responsible for various functions including dividing the body cavity into different compartments, and properly distributing fluid throughout the body.
The Triple Burner is responsible for the maintenance of the ditches; and it controls all water in the body.
Triple Burner is the sum of systemic connective tissues, which wraps around and supports the various body tissues.
TCM classifies triple heater into upper, middle and lower parts according to their functions. The upper part completes the function of the chest viscera, including the heart and lungs; the middle part completes the visceral function of the abdomen above the umbilicus, including the stomach, spleen, liver, gallbladder, pancreas and small intestine; and the lower part completes the visceral function of the abdomen and pelvic cavity under the umbilicus, including kidney and bladder.
Triple Burner is membranous shaped. It is one of the six Fu viscera of the human body and is one of twelve meridians. Triple Burner meridian is both a meridian and a triple burner membrane system...

In many cultures, music therapy and sound waves have been believed to have the power to heal the body and the mind. In ancient India, Sanskrit chants are documented in the Vedas, ancient Hindu scriptures. In the Chinese medical tradition, sound therapy was used as a form of treatment for various ailments and was believed to stmulate healing in different body parts.
Pythagoras, one of the faculties he was described as is, ‘the father of music’. He discovered musical intervals and taught that you could heal using sound and harmonic frequencies.
Pythagoras was the first person to prescribe music as medicine and modern science is also now confirming the healing powers of music and the benefits of sound therapy. Sound and vibration have been shown to significantly affect the human body, and this is the basis for using Solfeggio Frequencies...

Fungi have played an important role in Chinese culture for perhaps 7,000 years. Over the millennia, common mushrooms such as the wood ear and jelly fungus have been important food items. Various simple fungi were also utilized to make fermented food products such as wine, vinegar, soy sauce, and pickled vegetables. Fungi were utilized for their healing properties in China and popularized over centuries in South-East Asia as well.
The use of fungi such as hoelen, caterpillar fungus, and ergot in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) was also recorded in the TCM literature. The oldest official Chinese list of medicinal substances comes from the Classic of the Materia Medica (Shennong Bencaojing 神農本草經) written between about 206 BC and 220 AD, and the Mingyi bielu (Chin.名醫別錄). It contains 365 medicinal substances, and the list includes several mushroom species used for medicinal purposes.
Earlier mention of the use of fungi in medicine outside of the main classics occurred as early as 26 B.C. in the “Book of Songs,”(Chin. Shijing 诗经) a compilation of folk-songs and poems. Shitake was included in a work on herbal medicine first in 1209 in the Records of Longquan County.
Probably the most famous of all works on Chinese materia medica is the monumental Compendium of Materia Medica (Bencao gangmu本草綱目), which was compiled by Li Shizhen (Chin. 李时珍) and published in 1578 in Nanjing three years after he died. This enormous endeavour took Li Shizhen 27 years and includes 1,892 species of animal, herbal, and mineral drugs, including 1,100 illustrations and 11,000 prescriptions...
