He interviews Kate Beck, AbilityLinks Program Coordinator, who discusses the website’s features and how they can be used. Kate will be doing a demonstration of the platform as a part of our webinar series in October for National Disability Employment Awareness Month or NDEAM.

Topic #2 - Transferable Skills: Michelle leads the discussion on why transferable skills are important. We also hear from Rebecca and Pierre about how to highlight transferable skills in your resume as well as an interview.

Topic #3 - Listener Mail: Rebecca answered a Listener Mail Question: “What tips do you have for someone that is changing careers? What should I focus on with my resume and in my interview?”
