We chat about Stef's transformation from talk therapy to movement therapy and how her personal growth journey helps her spread her magic by creating connections. We go all over the place and chat about Stef's experience with cancer, feeling free in your body in your 50's, and mindset shifts.  This has all led to  Stef's "YES YOU CAN!" motto.
