He’s the author of a popular book called “The Greatest You“ and the host of a very large podcast, called “Straight Up.“ His new book that is coming out in the spring of 2024 is called “Protect your Peace“ and is a handbook for managing stress and anxiety and overwhelm and building up one's on self-worth.
