BUT, I can tell you about the a very common thread that I see in people that stall out and don’t get back up vs those who remain steadfast (and ultimately, more content) under trial. I call it the gap. And I feel it’s one of the biggest reasons as to why so many of us struggle with motivation to move forward at times. Hopefully you can relate to this one.
