Coach Krystyna is back with some fresh insight on how to inspire change and nurture it once started. Physical progress REQUIRES exercise, quality food, and enough rest and recovery. Why is it then that it's easier to coach someone in the gym on physical movement and so difficult to coach someone on nutrition? Could it be because that during exercise, they're stepping into "coach's house" but when food change is brought up, the coach is stepping into "their house"?
