Alli Webb is an Entrepreneur, N.Y. Times Bestselling Author, and the founder of the multi million dollar beauty chain Drybar, where they specialize in personal blowouts. She began offering affordable in-home blowout services to her mommy friends, fast forward nine years and Drybar now has over 100 locations across the U.S., and has exploded into a nationally-recognized and highly sought-after brand. Alli has also diversified the Drybar brand, creating a line of products and tools sold at popular retailers such as Nordstrom, Sephora, and Ulta. An Amazing accomplishment considering she started her business as a side hustle, when her boys were still in diapers.

Alli's hard work has garnered her accolades including a 2014 CEW Achiever Award, Fortune’s “40 under 40,” Marie Claire’s “16 Most Fascinating Women,” Cosmopolitan’s “2013 Power List” and Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business,” just to name a few. If that's not enough she also hosts a podcast with her brother and business partner Michael Landau called “Raising the Bar” where she interviews budding entrepreneurs.
