The CF Open 22 is on fire @methodtraininggym

So lets just get too it , joining Carl in the Method Dub Hub this week is the return of our MP Mark plus the concise thoughts of Coach Sam and listeners it's getting down to the bones of what was workout 22.1 of this years CrossFit open.
To re-cap we were set a 15min AMRAP of 3 wall walks, 12 DB snatches and 15 Box jumps so the crew break this down, how the coaches did, observations and what we could possibly expect heading into 22.2
