Today's episode is the audio from a presentation I did for The Healthy Rebellion... This piece looks at two studies which suggest some potential therapeutic interventions for ameliorating the effects of atherosclerosis. 

Papers discussed: The first: Rapid inhibition of atherosclerotic plaque progression by sonodynamic therapy

Second: Pro eferocytotic nano particles are specifically taken up by lesional macrophages and prevent atherosclerosis.
