This quote was on a billboard on the corner of Lincoln and Venice blvd in LA. "When nothing goes right, go left"  It stayed with me becuase I resonated with the wisdom.

Yesterday, I had a day where I tapped into that wisdom. Listening to what life had to share with me after stacked, small yet accumulating difficulties with finishing and finally publishing my new memoir, Setting Myself Free. 

I left the coffee shop holding back tears after yet another techinal difficulty. I felt all I needed to feel and moved through 6 practices for times like these.
