⁠Her more seasoned view of life at work is no less exacting in its commitment to perfection now than it was when she first realised that cooking was going to be her chosen vocation, but it’s tempered by a still undimmed love of cooking and kitchen lore, which she imparts each day to her team. We hear Judy’s thoughts on how gender equality can be as much an economic opportunity for businesses if they work to retrieve talented women who have taken a career break as it is for the women who are reengaged in the workplace in a meaningful way – that it can be a win-win for both sides.
