Join Dr. Catalina Lawsin and I as we talk sex and intimacy through a lens of social justice to see that sex is so much more than we consider when it comes to our sense of well-being and commitment to ourselves.
Some of the key points included:
Get to know Dr. Catalina:
Great sex & intimacy is your absolute birthright. As a licensed psychologist for over 20+ years, I’ve worked with individuals affected by the big guns – cancer, death and dying. Through this work I witnessed the one key factor that motivates one to keep on living – relationships. Relationships are essential to who we are and how we experience life. Unfortunately, sometimes relationships aren’t easy and sex can suck. I help visionaries who believe they deserve great sex & intimacy to experience ecstasy without settling for sexless relationships integrating neuroscience, attachment and tantra.

I am so grateful Simon Rinne joined me for such an important conversation on men's mental health, sharing his story and opening up a much larger conversation that needs to be had.
We covered:
More About Simon:
Simon is a social worker and Founder of Mindful Men, a therapy practice that is dedicated to supporting men with mental illness and disability. Simon’s passion for mental health comes from living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Depression, Anxiety, Burnout for over 30 years. During this time, he struggled in silence; believing that boys and men can’t cry, all whilst using alcohol as a way to feel “normal”. Simon shares his story to inspire others to believe that they can turn their pain into purpose, and move from surviving to thriving.

Such a powerful conversation with Kim Flores exploring her own experience with a deadly illness and how she reclaimed her connection to herself and her body.
More about Kim:
"I am a former anorexic turned CEO. After working in healthcare for over 10 years, I realized how the healthcare system never fully addressed the emotional or psychological well-being of patients, which ultimately contributed to ongoing illness. I created a company that addresses all aspects of health by connecting the heart, brain, and gut."
