In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Steve Sapato, who had amazing tips on becoming a fearless and confident speaker. 

Steve has been a speaker for over 40 years. He got his start when at 25 yrs of age his Mom made him speak to a group she was in charge of!

He has spoken to companies about management skills, how to properly run a meeting, & employee retention. He has talked in front of rooms that hold 2000 people and to luncheons of 12.

He relates his experiences to his audience by using his signature program, 'Storytizing'.

You won't be disappointed to have a conversation with him.  Whether you need to prepare for a wedding speech in a month or want to nail down your motivational talk, Steve will help you get there.

In this episode, I dive deep into people pleasing, which is a trauma response (aka fawning).

As a recovering people pleaser, I wanted to dive into this topic in depth and share my experiences, as well as practical tips for you to start healing and living your purpose.  You won't be able to call in the life you want if you're always pleasing others.

I'm so incredibly grateful for my RTT hypnotherapist teacher Marisa Peer who has helped me transform so many of my false beliefs.  Through hypnosis, I've healed a lot very quickly, which is why I'll be one in just a few months! :-)

I also mention a book called Love Yourself Life your Life Depends on It and You Can Heal your Life. I HIGHLY recommend those if you're a people pleaser.

Finally, I talk about how people pleasing completely blocks us from manifesting our desires because the vibration and frequency is too low.

In this Fearless Friday episode, I dive into the popular topic of: should you recycle an ex?

I am guilty of doing this in the past (too many times), but I've realized now it comes down to three questions:

1) What's the motivation? Are you just scared or needing comfort?

If so, that's okay...just be real with yourself.  Our primal brain is here to keep us feeling safe (which = familiar).  It's no surprise at all if you break up with someone and want to return to an ex...just be aware of the intentions behind it.

2) Has there been inner work / self-growth on either side? If not, it probably won't work out. Again.

Not trying to be a hater here as I KNOW how easy it is to fall back into the romantic "Notebook" type feels, okay?

BUT, if neither of you have done any huge transformational work, why would it work out this time?? Just something to keep in mind .

3) Are you truly compatible?

What I've found is that whenever I've "recycled" an ex, at some point, I come to the conclusion: "Oh yeah, this is why we broke up..." It's really important for you to take some time and figure out your non-negotiable items. 

Remember: you'll never be able to love yourself ABOVE the level of self-love you have.  It's more important to work on loving yourself vs running to an ex who won't fulfill your needs (in my opinion).

In this episode (being released on my birthday - yay), I interview my long-time medium / medical intuitive: Amy Conner.

Amy is such an amazing woman and always spot on with my readings! I've been seeing her for years and she helped me guide me to the path I'm on today (even introducing me to one of my divine mentors, Susan St. Thomas). I've also taken in-person and virtual trainings from Amy, which were extraordinary!

I loved hearing the story about how Amy's powers developed (it's not a typical psychic's story).  She also shares tips you can use to protect your energy and start tuning into your intuition.

In this episode, I introduce you to my new Friday series (Fearless Friday's) where I'm challenging myself to throw out the notes and just riff on certain subjects.  I've found that my lingering perfectionism is holding me back from embracing my authentic self, so this is me...being completely authentic and stepping out of my comfort zone.

The topic of this episode is near and dear to me as a mother of 3  children. I've had to navigate this a few times in my life, learning the hard way for sure.

As a mother of 3 (one natural birth in 2005, two c-sections in 2014 and 2019), I can say that our prenatal and postnatal care is definitely behind the times! Not to mention our country's maternity and paternity leave plans.
