On this week's episode of the Ones Ready podcast, we sit down with one of the men that is leading the way forward for Special Warfare's Special Reconnaissance (SR), Garrick Lewis.  He has been in the military for over 20 years and is a prior service Army Forward Observer, then transitioned to be a Special Operations Weather Team (SOWT) member.  Now the transition for SOWT to SR is nearing completion, Garrick is diligently working towards ensuring SR steps off on the right foot to fill in the capability gaps that exist.  Please enjoy this episode and give us your feedback.
