This weeks guest is Dr. Jim DelPrince, a horticultural specialist with Mississippi State University Extension. Jim has taught floristry at MSU, won the award of service to the floral industry in 2016 from AIFD, he’s coauthored books on floral design, interior plantscaping, floristry history, and floristry terminology just to name a few. His research continues and benefits cut flower and cut ornamental foliage growers and producers directly in Mississippi, and throughout the Southeast. In addition, Jim is an incredible advocate for floral educators and education. Jim the team at MSU, continues to created valuable resources for florists and flower farmers.
