Garth Tander returns to the V8 Sleuth Podcast powered by Castrol for the first time since Ep. 17 back in 2019 – and he’s added a couple more Bathurst 1000 wins since then!

This time around he reflects on the sudden and unexpected end to his full-time Supercars career and the part surrounding it that angered him the most, plus how his quick shift to a co-driver role at Triple Eight came about. He hits out at Supercars’ new ‘primary driver must start’ rule at the 2024 endurance races, takes us inside what it was like preparing for the COVID Bathurst 1000 in 2020, and tells the story of how he helped wrangle Shane van Gisbergen for the morning TV interviews after winning the 2022 Bathurst 1000.
