Today on the podcast, I am interviewing Megan Walsh. Megan is a licensed creative arts therapist and board-certified music therapist who works in private practice with young adults navigating anxiety and relationship challenges. She is currently completing an advanced clinical training as an analytical music therapy practitioner.
Music is one of my loves – It’s something I have been passionate about since I was a child. Megan and I got to have an in-depth chat on how you can actually use music and the creative arts as a healing modality!
Through music and creativity, we express the deepest parts of ourselves. When we lean into our creative energy, we tap into a transformative power that allows us to embrace our unique essence, be authentically ourselves, and honor our own human experiences.
So today, as you listen to your favorite songs or create something entirely your own, remember that music is food for the soul, and creativity might be the key to unlocking your innermost self.
Let me know what resonates – I can’t wait for you to hear our conversation!

He is the creator of the revolutionary approach to yoga — Applied Yoga Anatomy + Muscle Activation™ (AYAMA) and the online platform: The Yogi Club, host of the yoga podcast ‘Stop Stretching’, author of ‘Autobiography of a Naked Yogi’ and his new book ‘Stop Stretching! A New Yogic Approach To Master Your Body + Live Pain-Free', and is the Co-Owner of Blue Osa Yoga Retreat & Spa in Costa Rica where he leads Yoga Teacher Training Immersions year-round.
Yogi Aaron’s sense of humor, contagious laugh, and courageous adventurous spirit, makes him a stand-out and favored leading yoga teacher today.

In this episode, I’m sharing a live coaching session that I did with Tabitha Corlett. Tabitha is a Board Certified Nurse Coach, Reiki practitioner, and wild mushroom forager. Her holistic wellness journey started when she hired her first holistic practitioner: a home-based midwife that modeled what natural health can look like.
We coached around embracing her more vulnerable side, and expressing herself authentically. If you are someone who struggles with being vulnerable, this is a great episode to listen to!

How many of you ever have a hard time asking for help? This is something I constantly struggle with. As someone who bases a lot of her identity around being of service to others, it’s difficult for me to throw my hands up and admit that I need support. I’m currently in a season of life where support is the most important thing I can resource myself with. Being a first-time new mom has been one of the most exciting but difficult experiences I’ve ever encountered. In today’s podcast episode, I’m sharing with you some of my insights into my journey of being open to receiving support, asking for help, and resourcing myself through a huge life transition. Take a listen and let me know if it resonates!

In this episode, I talk about the 10 things that I’m giving myself credit for and the results that these things have brought into my life.
We often don’t give ourselves credit for the big and small things we do to get us to where we are today. I hope this episode gives you some encouragement to find some things to give yourself credit for and celebrate yourself for the hard work you’ve done to create positive results in your life!

In this episode, I am sharing a real live session where I coached Lisa Murray. Lisa is a Nurse Coach, and a visionary, who likes to help clients identify their own vision. She doesn’t like to work - She likes to play! The intersection of Coaching as play has been a game changer for her. In this raw coaching session, we dive into a bunch of different topics like imposter syndrome, boundaries around technology, and being visible as your most authentic self.
I hope this episode will give all of you an idea of what coaching can look like, and illustrate that it doesn’t have to be all “a-ha” moments and huge breakthroughs… but it can simply be holding space for someone, asking powerful questions, and having them reflect and process through things in their own human experience.
I’ll be sharing more of these coaching sessions on the podcast this year, so I’m excited for you to listen!

In this episode, I interview Amanda Jacob. Amanda is a Registered Nurse and financial coach who founded Life Changes By You. She coaches tertiary nurses who are ready to assess their spending and better manage their finances so they can eventually step away from the bedside to follow their passions. She helps them resolve their confusion around money, overspending, dependence on debt, and poor money management, once and for all. She helps her clients create a solid financial foundation so they are comfortable leaving that paycheck and instead are able to monetize their passion!
We have a very real conversation about what “financial health” actually means, and some practical things you can do to change your money story and become financially healthy and free.
