This Yoga Nidra meditation invites you to feel and sense ease throughout the entire body and mind, a sense of softening, of resting back into a presence that is still, quiet, and unchanging, even as the ever-changing nature of our experiences is welcomed to come and go.
With Love Victoria x
In this Meditation, I invite you to gently ground and cleanse your energy field, allowing any blockages or stagnant energy to release and flow effortlessly. This will help you move through your day feeling more grounded, lighter and protected in your aura. Enjoy, Love Victoria x
An Inner resource meditation practice, is a lovely way to nourish the felt sense of unchanging well being. As life unfolds we may encounter experiences that evoke strong emotions, beliefs, feelings or situations that feel challenging.
An Inner resource is experienced as a feeling of peace, equanimity, groundedness and well being.
As we rest in this quality of well being it helps us hold these experiences as they are with warmth, compassion and security.
It’s a heartfelt embodied experience, a felt sense in your body that helps you feel relaxed. Love Victoria x
In this guided Mediation, I invite you to notice, listen and observe the breath. Putting a gentle attention on the breath and just being aware.
The breath is a beautiful way to help us return to our natural essence, a pathway back to presence. We can only sense and experience the breath in the present moment. The breath gently anchors our attention into the here and now. It's amazing how we respond to something so simple.
The breath is a gift that gives us life. When we follow the rhythm of the breath, allowing it to breathe through the body and opening more into this quality of undoing rather than doing, then the body and mind have an opportunity to rest, open, and heal.

Warm welcome, In this Mediation I Invite you to sense into the physical body, various points will be mentioned …let them be energetic pathways from one point to the next, allowing attention to flow effortlessly as we rest deeply into the body. This is a perfect meditation to do during the day or just before sleep, allowing any tension in the body to soften a little, melt a little and unwind. Enjoy love Victoria x
In this Mediation, I Invite you to attune to your Heart Desire, your Sankalpa. Sankalpa is the Sanskrit word for intention, vow, commitment. San means ‘to become one with, born from the heart’ and kalpa means ‘unfolding over time’.
We can use a Sankalpa as a way to set an intention, to connect with our heart’s deepest desire, that provides meaning, purpose and value to our life. It’s an expression of our essential nature.
The mediation also includes body sensing, allowing the whole body to settle, relax and rest deeply. Enjoy, Love Victoria x
This is a soothing Yoga Nidra Meditation, to guide you into the silence of sleep. When our minds are filled with spinning thoughts and images, it can hinder our ability to drift into sleep. This meditation gently encourages the energy to shift from the thinking mind down into the body, welcoming a softening and relaxation of the entire body, facilitating a peaceful night's sleep. Warm welcome, In this Meditation, I invite you to feel into the least amount of effort needed to stay present, awake and aware, while simultaneously soften and resting back into our direct experience.
Resting as the open space where our changing activities of life spontaneously come and go, without preference or pull towards a particular movement, helps us be more welcoming to the moment as it is.
Allowing the body and mind to settle, rest and feel a sense of well being. Enjoy love Victoria x
Warm welcome,
In this Meditation we will peacefully observe the moment just as it is. Not adding or taking anything away from our experience, and noticing how life is moving through you.
A moment to pause be still, quiet and rest deeply into this space...the simplicity of resting just here, resting here and doing nothing and noticing how this affects the body and mind. Enjoy, love Victoria x
