What is the felt sense when we welcome in the moment just as it is, without changing or fixing anything, not trying to create a state that we think we should be experiencing, no agenda. We may meet tension, relaxation, resistance, sadness, happiness, noise, quietude the list goes on...In the Meditation we will sense into our outer and inner space, lightly noticing our continuous flow of experiences.
