The Vikings are 0-1 and after today, will they register a win or drop to a dreaded 0-2? 0-2 it is. The Minnesota Vikings were on the road again against the 1-0 [now 2-0] Arizona Cardinals. Will Kirk Cousins throw further downfield? Some. Will Mike Zimmer finally watching film with Cousins make the difference? Looked like it at least until the end. Can the offensive line give him time or will Chandler Jones, J.J. Watt, and the rest of the Cardinals’ defensive front have a field day? They had a good day. Can the Vikings defense contain Kyler Murray and his slew of wide receiver targets like DeAndre Hopkins and Rondale Moore? We’ll surely find out, and they didn't often enough. During NFL Week 1, the Minnesota Vikings took on the Cincinnati Bengals and it didn’t turn out like we thought it would. It’s onto Week 2 versus the Arizona Cardinals. Will that turn out like we want?

Week 1 of the NFL season is upon us. All games count. Your Minnesota Vikings travel to play the Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium. This matchup will be interesting with a Vikings new look defense versus Joe Burrow about 9 months from blowing an ACL. Burrow is in his second season, but only his 11th game. Mike Zimmer has a 5-2 opening game record, and an even better one against first and second year QB’s. Seeing the defense communicate and gel to keep that record growing should happen, but will it? Both the Vikes and Bengals have some good players and weapons on both sides of the ball, but for both teams, their offensive lines are question marks and defensive lines, especially in the interior pretty good. It will be a good test for both. We’ll look and talk about some stats, the weather at gamete and the new 2021 Bengals uniforms. Join Dave and let’s talk what you want to see.
