Have you ever reached the end of the year feeling exhausted, like you worked hard but still didn’t feel fulfilled? As planners come out and the pressure builds to reinvent yourself by January 1st, it’s easy to fall back into resolutions that come from pressure rather than presence.

In this episode, I share why I no longer believe in traditional New Year’s resolutions and what I do instead. After years of setting big goals, hustling to achieve them, and still feeling disconnected from myself, I realised the problem wasn’t discipline or motivation. It was alignment. Goals that look good on paper don’t mean much if they don’t emotionally connect to the person you’re becoming.

This episode invites you to slow down, reconnect with your future self, and cast a vision that actually feels supportive. Rather than asking what you want to achieve, I guide you to ask who you want to be and how you want to feel in your business, your body, and your boundaries as you move into 2026.
