I get asked so many questions every day and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

In today’s episode I do a deep dive into How to Get More Real Estate YouTube Leads and Why Some Leads Ghost You. We have been focusing a lot on our channel and now we would focus on how many reached out you have, how many more you can get and why they ghost you after all. I have a lot to share of my good, bad and funny experiences. It took me 2 and half years almost 3 to close my first ever deal. All the excitement are gone knowing how much is their budget. Imagine I got my first ever call then show them around the area and the property. My energy was drained at that moment knowing they are from Canada and couldn’t apply for a green card and establish their own credit. Well, that was past. And I keep getting questions on how do I deal with this kind of situation, they are all set to get the deal close then suddenly, unfortunate things happen. It might take you for a month or years to close a deal or get a reach out, but the important thing is be consistent. You don’t need to relay to somebody else and give you a good leads. You have to understand that those reach outs are the greatest thing in the world, it takes time but you are the one who’s building the business in pure base. Nobody gets a call in 1 day and get a million dollar to close. They still look for prospect and get their ass kicked to close deals. And that’s how they got more referrals from videos. Turn your camera and shoot 2 videos a week upload it and do the same from time to time. It will get you few reach out months or years from now.
