I get asked so many questions every day and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

In today’s episode I do a deep dive How To Stay Motivated Like Kobe Bryant (Not for the Weak). You all know that I'm into sports and we are now on the 24th episode which means "mamba mentality". Till now I am wondering how does the late Kobe Bryant stayed motivated for that many years. And how Am I gonna involve it in YouTube for Real Estate. The hardest part in Real estate Marketing, especially Video Marketing is staying motivated, continuing efforts and how are we gonna stay constant? We've seen roller coaster of ups and downs, we've all heard and seen it. Isn't crazy when things aren't going our way that's when we should be motivated but it actually demotivates us. This actually happens in YouTube. We are running out of ideas and videos to shoot. I have been hit by the unmotivated YouTube video bug more times than you guys could count. Here in this episode I'm very glad to share with you all my motivations and how I was demotivated most of the time. The number one thing to stay motivated is to create that chip on your shoulder. Each market is different, but I've got a chip on my shoulder where I think you guys need to create as well. This stuff's not going away. So creep that chip on your shoulder, there's going to be a lot more agent and if you're not getting videos out there catching you. Motivation tip number two, Start honing in on Your niche. The hardest part about YouTube And, and real estate marketing is Video Marketing. Trying to shoot a video where you really don't know what you're talking about, but you're watching what others are doing. You've got to niche. You got to talk about the things that you love in your real estate career. If it is luxury talk then it is luxury all day.  Talk about the biggest mistakes people make when buying, you know, expensive homes. If it's investing, talk about the biggest mistakes people make and, and the biggest mistakes you've made investing. Finally, I literally shot enough videos to be four weeks ahead on all the channels that I currently want to shoot videos for right now. And I am so motivated even though there's days I'm like, I don't really wanna do it. Tune in for this exciting episode!
