Welcome to today's YouTube for Realtors WALK AND TALK #32- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions every day and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

In today’s episode I do a deep dive into Should You Create a Brand New YouTube Channel or Keep Old One (Channel Killers). Do you have a YouTube channel already going? Are you thinking about starting one? Have you had those thoughts of alright? I have these older videos on here. Is it hurting my channel? I have this original YouTube channel that I have and I'm now adding videos, are my analytics everything gonna get hurt by that? As real estate agents, we do need to have these listing videos, property tours and all that. We're gonna just talk about overall YouTube channel health.

I had this YouTube channel called Jackson Wilkey, craziest thing is it's with my Yahoo account. To this day the email I created in high school back in 2000. You know it's Yahoo account and that's how I don't even know how the hell I created a YouTube channel with that account. But I did and it's on my Google Drive. I've done so many videos on that channel, and you will see how crazy I am while doing that. This is when I started hearing this video thing was what everybody was craving. And I just started shooting videos. This is what I can do. I can start teaching these agents how to do video or help them. Knowing and discovering your potential is one of the few things I learn from growing YouTube Channels. It is not hard to produce or shoot an organic content and upload it on your Channel. I literally, started to documenting everything. And here comes my new Channel, I didn't expect it would be useful till now. You just have to keep what you're doing. Show people what they need to see and know. I put all my listing videos, every video I did I put on Facebook, Instagram. I had no keywords. I had no SEO strategy. So even after I did pros and cons, that video did nothing for me. None of this works but I'm going to keep doing YouTube.

But I started noticing when I started really diving into all these other channels and teaching you guys exactly how to grow these things because I failed 100 times more than anybody else. I started noticing trends like, my average iterations, my click through everything is so much lower on that channel. And as my good videos in the vlogs and everything started growing and getting massive traffic. And you know what I love? Is that organic traffic. To answer this question, should I just create a new channel? I have all this, my simple process or answer is you know what? Hell yes, just go in. It takes 5 seconds and create a brand account. If you don't know how to do that, go to my YouTube channel and search across my channel of how to create 2 YouTube channels with one brand account. It's actually a video that's gone viral. That's the only video that's gone viral on that Channel. Now you can use that Channel that you already have. Put all your listing videos, tours, and property tours for your clients. Is it not enough?
