I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

In todays episode I do a deep dive into How to Avoid Steering with Best Area Videos and Why You Must Do Them. These questions are from my listener DJ. I've moved a few times so I know what people are thinking, but doing like top five best areas to live and Top 9 suburbs and top ten worst places to live. Those videos are pure gold. And there's a reason why I do those. The question comes about us how do you do those without steering? Redlining all those fancy realtor terms that I don't really know. But how are we able to shoot these videos and avoid any kind of repercussions from that? I'm talking about how we do that. I'm talking about the few times I've actually been reached out. Yes, by you know, real estate commissions and what happened? You know, it happened, so I want you to be able to avoid any kind of confrontation or legality issues and I also want you to be able to shoot these videos in a way that you don't. Of course it's my story to tell early on, learning about YouTube and just having these epiphany moments. I am shooting these listing videos. And then I did like a pros and cons video. Then I'm back to listing videos and I quit for a little while, I'm like experimenting with all these videos that. A lot more to missed for this episode homies!
