I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

In todays episode I do a deep dive into How These YouTube Realtors Became MILLIONAIRES. You will not believe that this whole YouTube for real estate has created millionaires. Remember when you first get into real estate? And you see these massive teams, Podcasts and interviews. It is those agents closing hundreds of homes. Every one of them has story on to tell, and I've shared the stage with all these people. A lot of it turns into making more money, not having time, drinking, too much partying and the stress is what they all lean back to. An example was from Jesse's story, about a guy who did 24 deals on his first year (Almost $13Million) and he almost had a heart attack. It almost killed him. Becoming a millionaire in real estate is not all that it's cracked out to be, but yet some of these agents that are coming up making millions now leveraging like technology and YouTube. It's a whole different ball game. They're having more time for themselves than their family. They're working with just clients that they love. Jesse sent me a text message, "Are you ready to hear these numbers? This year there was a study put out 40% of real estate agents have not even sold a house this year 51% of homes sold in 2021 were sold by the top 10% Of teams agents in the United States. 30% of the agents are forecasted to leave."
