Born in Zimbabwe, Jay Crafter has both US and British military experience. He has trained K9 teams for various Special Operations Programs, as well as multiple US Law Enforcement Agencies working in a variety of roles. Jay qualified as a Class 1 trainer with the British Army’s Royal Army Veterinary Corps. He has extensive experience training working dogs for conservation efforts in Africa.

The son of a hunting and fishing store owner, and an avid outdoorsman himself, Brad Dannefaerd worked with New Zealand Fisheries for nearly 20 years before retiring to found his own company. During his long and colorful career, he has worked alongside agencies in Australia, Canada and the United States, and literally written the book on defensive tactics and training for the New Zealand Ministry of Fisheries. As a dual-warfare qualified Naval Officer, both SWO and SEAL, Jared spent eight years in the Naval Service. During his Active Duty years, he deployed to CENTCOM four times and is combat decorated, having been awarded the Bronze Star with “V” for Valor, the Combat Action Ribbon, and multiple Joint Awards.

A huge component of Jared’s life revolves around giving back to those veterans who have made monumental sacrifices in battle. Five years ago and shortly after his Teammate, SEAL Dan Cnossen, lost both his legs to a victim-initiated IED, Jared founded the Phoenix Patriot Foundation, a 501(c)3, whose mission revolves around creating opportunities for combat wounded veterans post 9-11.

From a young age, Jared has always been an outdoor and wilderness enthusiast. Growing up in Georgia, his enthusiasm lead to his earning the rank of Eagle Scout, then graduating from the United States Naval Academy, and ultimately becoming a Navy SEAL.

Since leaving the Active Duty component of the Naval Service, Jared has remained in the defense industry and is an advocate of the Department of Defense and its members. Jared continues to represent his brothers in arms on National Geographic Channel’s flagship Television program, Ultimate Survival Alaska.

Jamie McCallum Ph.D. brings a unique set of experience to the enormous challenges of environmental protection. Combining his doctorate in Biological Sciences and decade in conservation with his early career in high-end corporate sponsorship; Jamie founded Force For Nature. 

Backed by leading conservation groups, global media partners and the world’s biggest brands, Jamie focused on a human based solution to many of the world’s environmental problems - wildlife Rangers. His research with the US National Park Service on the US-Mexico border used cutting edge technology to help improve management of protected areas. Since 2015 he has been the UK/EU Director for Peace Parks Foundation (PPF). As well as fundraising and partnership management, Jamie operates closely with field teams on resource protection, community development and management training tools. He also works with the Southern African Wildlife College, which trains hundreds of conservation staff each year and he advises the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) on protected area effectiveness.

Benny Richards is a former Game Warden for Hunt County, Texas. Richards worked for over 25 years for the Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife, and is well known for his appearances on “Lone Star Law”. During his time as a warden, he earned accomplishments such as the Texas Parks and Wildlife Officer of the Year (2015) and the Shikar-Safari International Wildlife Officer of the year award.
