In this episode of the Enneagram and Coffee podcast, I reflect on my recent trip to California and the lessons I learned about letting go of control. I discuss my past struggles with restrictive eating and over-exercising, and emphasize the importance of living in the present. I also share my experiences on my trip, including a visit to the redwood forest and attending a road show for my friend's company, Jumpsuit. Despite a challenging return journey, I consider the trip overall as amazing. Looking ahead, I plan to prioritize comfort and simplicity amidst a busy schedule.
